An efficient project cycle begins with tidy, careful planning. Thanks to our extensive practical experience, we often know from the outset how to tackle the job in a simpler, better, more cost-effective way. Benefit from our skills in project, personnel and resource planning, and establish a firm foundation for an efficient and smooth-running project.
Expect speedy construction progress and impeccable results when you call on our services during the execution phase. We can handle project management and operations control on your behalf, see to decommissioning, erection and commissioning, provide personnel, and wrap waste for you in the event of bottlenecks for later feeding into the incinerator.
Our broad service offerings for the operational phase ensure that everything runs to your complete satisfaction. Our status analysis, appraisals and expert opinions present a precise picture of your plant's state and performance. Should that reveal a need for action, we can go ahead and perform the necessary overhaul and maintenance work on your behalf, train your operators, check and update documentation, and provide personnel where necessary.
Mobile or stationary waste wrapping – the intelligent solution for bottlenecks
What to do about the mountains of garbage/waste that start piling up during plant downtimes, breakdowns and the like? Tidy wrapping, interim storage, and later piece-by-piece incineration is the smart solution. Our stationary and mobile waste wrapping machines – a proprietary development – can handle just about any mountain of waste. Mobile or stationary, rent, buy, or full-service – it’s entirely your choice.
Our mobile and stationary wrapping machines pack material cleanly and efficiently for interim storage over months or years. Domestic and industrial waste, potential recyclables, wood chippings, refuse-derived fuels, etc. are compressed into bales and wrapped in film, rather like farmers package hay bales. Depending on the material involved, a single machine can process 30 to 50 tons per hour, turning out 2.8 m3 bales each weighing approximately 1,500-2,500 kg.
You can have a waste wrapping machine permanently installed, or our mobile plant can come to your site – with or without operating personnel. The mobile plant fits inside a 12-meter container that is put onto a low-bed truck for transportation. So it is usually only a matter of hours until our mobile plant goes into operation on-site.
